All sports are different in one way or another and so require different methods of training in order to improve. BMPT Sports conditioning will help you develop and enhance your ability to perform at a higher level in your chosen sport.
With expert knowledge of a wide variety of sports and the degree taught knowledge and ability to break down sports into specific movements, my programs are not only specific to different sports but also to different positions within each sport. Our rugby programs focus on explosive power, strength and stamina, as well as developing motor skills required by different players at different times. For example, a client who plays scrum half will have a program that looks at improving their passing power and speed, rather than their standing jump ability, which is a movement specific to a line-out jumper (usually a flanker or second row).
