Personal Training sessions do not have to be done alone. If you would rather train with a partner or friend, then we can accommodate for this. This option also makes Personal Training sessions cheaper for both persons involved, with each person getting almost 40% off the price of a one on one session without any compromise in quality or service.

Each session is treated as if it is a one on one session, and you may find your workout is completely different to your partners/friends depending on your goals and what you want to achieve.
